A new exterior facade has been installed at the Six Ravens storefront at Disney Springs, giving the first look at the design direction for the hand pie concept.
The former Art of Shaving location now features dark wood paneling across the upper portion of the building, with decorative molding creating a distinctive roofline. The facade carries a rustic aesthetic that complements the nearby Gideon's Bakehouse while maintaining its own identity.
Six Ravens was announced in Janaury 2026 as a new grab-and-go concept from Gideon's Bakehouse founder Steve Lewis. The shop will specialize in "Coffyns," old school hand pies made with fluffy yeast bread and savory fillings.
The menu will feature hand pies created by Gideon's kitchen staff and collaborating Central Florida chefs. Six Ravens will also serve potatoes, local draft beer, and desserts.
Lewis described the concept as designed to meet grab-and-go needs while bringing local flavors to Disney Springs visitors.
Opening Timeline
A summer 2026 opening is expected, though an exact date has not been announced.
The location sits a few doors down from Gideon's Bakehouse, which opened at Disney Springs in December 2020 and has remained one of the busiest food destinations in the shopping and dining district.
More details about the menu and opening date are expected in the coming months.
