The Magic Kingdom's Plaza Ice Cream Parlor has opened a few days ahead of schedule after being closed for nearly 3 months for an interior refurbishment.  The menu remains largely the same, but  now includes a Gourmet Hot Cocoa, priced at $5.99.  It is 70% Valrhona cocoa topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, served in a souvenir mug.  You can view the full menu here, and see the photo below for a look inside.
