Hurly-Burly Operating Hours Confirmed at Disney's BoardWalk
Hurly-Burly's confirmed hours at Disney's BoardWalk run daily 4pm to 1am ahead of its October 1, 2026 opening, with 21-and-over live music beginning at 9pm.

Disney has confirmed the operating hours for Hurly-Burly ahead of its October 1 2026 opening at Disney's BoardWalk. The new lounge will be open daily from 4pm to 1am.

Disney had previously indicated that the 21-and-over live music programming would begin at 9pm, with afternoon hours covering family-friendly trivia and games. The 4pm opening means the all-ages daytime portion runs for five hours before the evening transition.

The 1am closing time puts Hurly-Burly in line with what Jellyrolls offered in terms of late-night availability on the promenade, and gives the BoardWalk a legitimate late-night option again following that closure in April 2025.

Food

The menu focuses on shareable small plates with a boardwalk-classic feel. Highlights include Meatballs in Tomato Gravy ($15), Roast Beef Sliders ($17), Oven-Roasted Shrimp ($19), Antipasto ($21), Mini Pretzels with Bacon-Cheese Fondue ($12), Tomato Pie ($11), Theater Concessions — a trio of meatballs, sugar cookie, and buttered popcorn ($12) — and Mini Apple Cider Doughnuts with miso-caramel sauce ($11). Plant-based options are available on request for select items.

Drinks

The cocktail list leans into coastal and theatrical themes. Standouts include the Mertini — a navy strength gin martini ($19) — the Overproof Amaretto Sour with Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style Bourbon ($19), the Road to Fame Atlantic Coast-inspired whiskey sour ($21), and La Taquilla Picante, a spicy margarita with a spiced nutmeg rim ($18). Several cocktails are also available at a walk-up window on the promenade, including the Caramel Corn Old Fashioned ($21) and the Cherry-Vodka Limeade ($17).

Non-alcoholic options include the Overture in Orange — a frozen orange juice and sweet cream drink ($6.99) — the Caramel Corn Cold Brew ($6.99), and the Cherry Marquee lemonade ($6.49).

Wine is available by the glass from $11, with beers ranging from $8.50 to $13 covering Atlantic Coast craft options alongside classic lagers.

Hurly-Burly opens October 1 at Disney's BoardWalk. The full menu and pricing are available here.

Operating hours for Hurly-Burly are now available - 4pm to 1am:
*Looks at Hurly Burly menus and prices in MDE*

There's a kids menu or something more substantial for families than "Small Bites" coming, right?

No need to go down the rabbit hole
Just wondering - why 21+ after 9:00 pm? I don’t think other Disney operated hotel bars / lounges have that rule?

Because f them kids.

Trader Sam's is 21+ after 8pm. (Inside)
The Edison is 21+ after 10.
And of course Geo-82 is 21+ at all times.

Not here, but next up after this is a new QSR where bug river grill used to be, that’ll probably be more what you’re looking for.

I might be very wrong, but wasn't Jellyrolls itself 21+?

Edit: I missed the "Disney operated" part, disregard!

It's just a bit ... odd... to advertise this as "family friendly before 9pm" but then offer this menu.

I'm not sure what about the menu makes it not family friendly? I would think sharing the plates is actually more 'family' than not? It has meatballs, pizza, pretzels, popcorn, donuts ... pretty sure families and kids like those.

If your objection is that its not really a 'full meal', then yeah, I guess, but that itself doesn't make it unfriendly for a family.

Because of the entertainment and activities they are talking about, they want decently quick turnover, so it makes sense from Disney's perspective to have a light menu to avoid people monopolizing the tables.

It's odd branding. It's even more odd that Disney would brand a bar as family friendly and that parents would bring their kids to that bar.

But I guess those Disney Adults need their fix and the kids, well who cares, they can just be given an iPhone while the parents show off their $20+ cocktails on Instagram.

I never said "unfriendly for a family". Depending on the portion size, a family of four could drop $61 for the things you mentioned and have everyone get a "small bite" of each. Why not offer more robust menu options before 9pm? Unless the internal goal is turn-and-burn for maximum profit. Nah...

Maybe because its a lounge not a restaurant?
