Disney's BoardWalk Lounge Hurly-Burly Reveals New Exterior in Construction Photos

Work on Hurly-Burly is well underway at Disney's BoardWalk, and our latest photos from the former Jellyrolls location show the exterior transformation moving at a fast pace.

The building has received a fresh coat of teal paint and significant exterior work is visible from the promenade, with crews and heavy equipment on site.

The exterior is taking on a noticeably different look from the old Jellyrolls facade.

• A large new picture window has been installed at ground level facing the promenade, opening up the front of the building considerably compared to the previous incarnation
• A marquee sign frame is mounted above the window — the framework is in place but no signage has been installed yet
• Exterior wall sconce lighting fixtures are visible along the front facade

The building's distinctive teal and white color scheme fits squarely within the BoardWalk's coastal aesthetic, and the new window frontage suggests Hurly-Burly will have a much more open, visible presence on the promenade than Jellyrolls did.

What's Coming

Hurly-Burly is set inside a vintage seaside theatre with a BoardWalk story spanning over a century. The venue will operate as a family-friendly daytime space with trivia and games led by a live host, before transitioning to a 21-and-over live music lounge in the evenings, serving coastal-inspired cocktails and light bites.

Disney has already shared food and drink images for the venue, showing cocktails including an Old Fashioned, a purple martini, and a foamy citrus coupe, alongside light bites such as roast beef sliders and a , a charcuterie board.
