The second wave of Gideon's Bakehouse July offerings is here. Starting July 11, Bonnie's Cookie takes over as the limited flavor of the moment — and a surprise weekend treat has also appeared in the form of Kris Kringle Bites.

Bonnie's Lemon Poppyseed Cookie (July 11–20)

Bonnie Brae's cookie is a lemon poppyseed base built like a muffin — soft, citrus-forward dough filled with pockets of white chocolate. The whole thing is topped with a full covering of lemon butter crumbs finished with a thin sugar glaze.

Gideon's recommends pairing it with Stuart's Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew, which is still available at Disney Springs for the month.

• Limit 2 per person, while supplies last each day
• Lemon is aromatic — don't box this one up with other cookies for too long

Kris Kringle Bites — Weekend Exclusive

Yes, it's Christmas in July at Gideon's — and they know it. Kris Kringle Bites are a white chocolate coffee bean cookie with coconut, caramel, and vanilla bean flavors running through it. The coffee bean bitterness pulls back on the sweetness of the white chocolate, keeping it balanced. Each cookie is topped with coarse sugar crystals, cut into fourths, and hand-dipped in white chocolate.
