Gideon's Bakehouse October 2026 Menu Brings Back Frankenstein Cookies for 10th Anniversary

Gideon's Bakehouse Spookhouse is back at Disney Springs and East End locations, and this year marks the bakery's 10th anniversary. The October menu brings back two popular Limited Edition cookies, adds cake slices, a new nitro cold brew flavor, and weekly merch drops.

Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein Cookies Return

Two Limited Edition cookies anchor this month's lineup:

• Frankenstein Lives combines chocolate, Double Stuf Oreos, and M&M's.
• Bride of Frankenstein uses the same base with white chocolate, Golden Oreos, and M&M's.

Both cookies are available every day in October at both locations. Limit is 2 per person.

Cake Slices Join the Spookhouse Menu

Gideon's is also selling cake versions of both cookies this year.

• Frankenstein cake slices: Wednesdays and Saturdays
• Bride of Frankenstein cake slices: Sundays and Thursdays

New Desserts Drop Every Weekend

Gideon's plans to release new desserts every weekend in October. The bakery says details will go out on social media as each one drops.

Merch and Collectible Menus Launch on the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd

Gideon's is releasing new merchandise and a new collectible menu four times this month, on the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd. The Three Little Ones Morsels menu launched yesterday. You can get the merch and menu in line at Disney Springs or with any order at gideonsbakehouse.com. The menu you receive matches whatever is being offered on the day you order.

Yesterday's merch drop went live at 10am EST and includes:

Black Cat Charity Month

October is Black Cat Charity Month at Gideon's, supporting Liberation Cat House. The bakery is holding an adoption event at its East End location on October 25. Exclusive merch will be sold at the event to raise money for the cats.
