The afternoon tea service returns with touches inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios' Alice in Wonderland. You'll find both sweet and savory options, along with tea selections from Twinings.
Beverage Options
The tea selection includes Twinings Loose Leaf Tea with options like:
- London Strand Breakfast
- Spicy Chai
- Orangery of Lady Grey (exclusive to Walt Disney World Resort)
- Nutty Chocolate Flavoured Assam
- Blackcurrant and Lavender (caffeine-free)
Cast members guide you through the tea selection process. You can customize your tea with aromatics added during steeping.
Two signature cocktails are available:
- Mint Tulip: Old Forester 1870 Kentucky Whiskey, Twinings Peach Mango Tea, mint
- Mar-TEA-ni: Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, Twinings Earl Grey Tea, lemon, honey
Non-alcoholic specialty options include the Curiosi-TEA (Strawberry Raspberry Tea with shimmer) and This Way, That Way (Peach Mango Tea with mint). Champagne and sparkling wines round out the drink menu.
Food Service
The experience starts with an Orange-Cranberry Scone with traditional accompaniments.
Savory selections on the three-tier tower:
- Curried Chicken Salad Playing Card Tart with cherry gelée
- Footman's Feast: Salmon rillette on miso brown butter crisp
- Tweedledee Egg Salad Sandwich on beet bread
- Caterpillar Cucumber Roll with butterfly pea cream cheese on pumpernickel
Sweet options:
- The Matcha Mad Hatter: Sponge cake with apricot jam and yuzu buttercream
- Tea Party Tart: Vanilla tart with coffee custard and chantilly cream
- Flamingo Croquet Choux with passion fruit cream and raspberry crunch
- Painting the Rose: Earl Grey teacake painted tableside
