The Garden View Lounge Tea Experience at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has sold out through the entire booking window after reservations opened this morning at 6:30am.

All party sizes are unavailable through April 20, 2026, the current limit of the reservation system. The experience sold out in less than one hour.

High Demand for Redesigned Experience

Reservations for the Alice in Wonderland-themed afternoon tea service opened at 6:30am ET today, February 18. The experience is priced at $79 per adult and $49 per child (ages 3-9), plus tax and gratuity.

The tea service begins March 19 at the completely redesigned lounge, which now features green and white decor replacing the traditional red color scheme.

Full payment was required at the time of booking, with a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect.

What the Experience Includes

The sold-out afternoon tea includes a selection from eight Twinings Loose Leaf Tea options, an Orange-Cranberry Scone, and a three-tier tower of sweet and savory items.

Cast members trained as tea guides help guests select and customize their tea with aromatics added during the steeping process.

The menu features Wonderland-themed items including Playing Card Tart, Footman's Feast Salmon Crisp, Flamingo Croquet Choux, and the Painting the Rose teacake prepared tableside.

Optional enhancements include a Seasonal Cheese Selection ($21) and Royal Ossetra Caviar ($120).

Checking for Availability

You can continue to check for cancellations through the My Disney Experience app, Disney's website, or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

Additional reservation dates may open as Disney extends the booking window beyond April 20.

The Garden View Lounge Tea Experience is located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

Very similar, if not the same.

More capacity now?
I wonder if any of these reservations were scooped up by bots this time.
Can yo eat as much as you want fro 79 bucks
The 3:30 am PST reservation opening time is awful. I don’t know why they can’t do it at a time when everyone in the country is normally awake.
That old design... yikes.

The red and orange carpet looks dirty. And the crimson padding on the seats makes it look even worse.

And, oh wait, we forgot to add teal!!! Don't worry, we'll make the bench seating teal!! And put muddied teal cushions on top of it!!!
I wonder if they’ll have any walk up capacity for guests staying on Grand Floridian property…. Probably something where we need to check for cancellations….

I don't know, but if they don't, I would guess there will a good number of disguntled GF guests.

It’s a shame they retired the Royal Albert Old Country Roses sets they used in the early 2000s. It was granny chic, but genuinely elegant. By 2017 it felt like a Temu knockoff of itself. The tea set pictured in the article looks like something pulled from a Mikasa outlet, yet I’m sure they’ll charge Fortnum & Mason prices for what will probably be Twinings. The new china pattern alone reads bland and nowhere near as elevated as it once did. This photo is from 2006, back when there was still elegance.
Interested to hear some reviews regarding this experience.
How is the quality of the morsels?

Did you consider this experience worth doing…despite what seems to be a steep price point?

The goodies look lovely and novel, but do they taste as good as they look?

It doesn't open for three weeks

I've enjoyed it in the past. Now with raised prices, and probably declined quality, who knows.
