LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Chef Jens Dahlmann is the new chef at California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort. He makes the move from Flying Fish Cafe at Disney's BoardWalk. Classically trained in European kitchens, Dahlmann joined Disney in 2004 from Café L' Europe in Palm Beach, Fla.
