Beginning July 16, 2025, Be Our Guest Restaurant at Magic Kingdom is introducing several new dishes to its prix fixe menu. The updates include a mix of returning favorites, new entrees, and a couple of desserts.

Here’s a look at what’s new and returning:

Appetizers

French Onion Soup au Gratin

A rich beef broth with sherry wine, topped with melted Swiss cheese.

Mixed Greens Salad (Plant-based)

A light mix of tomato, cucumber, and Dijon vinaigrette.

Endive and Walnut Salad

Features Roquefort cheese, green apple, radicchio, and a champagne vinaigrette.

Entrées

Steak Frites

Slow-roasted butcher’s steak, served with house-cut French fries and red wine sauce.

Pan-Roasted Arctic Char

Comes with roasted potatoes, charred tomatoes, shaved fennel, and citrus-caper brown butter.

Poulet Rouge Chicken

Paired with roasted potatoes, stewed pepper pipérade, and sweet corn velouté.

Desserts

Crème Brûlée Tart

Made with orange custard, passion fruit meringue, and chantilly cream.

Blooming Rose

A themed chocolate cake topped with “The Grey Stuff,” a fan-favorite from previous menus.

These changes arrive as part of a regular seasonal refresh to Be Our Guest’s three-course dining experience, which is available daily for lunch and dinner. Reservations are strongly recommended. Pricing is $72 per adult (ages 10 and up), and $43 per child (ages 3-9), plus tax and gratuity

It’s just fallout for the elaborate hustle that was the DDP…which thankfully doesn’t seem to get noticed much now. It restored my faith a little in wdw customers that SOME ripoffs won’t be gobbled up (no pun)… Now if you’ll excuse me…I need to go buy $200 tickets to mgm for ambiguous Christmas 🎅

I wouldn't mind the price if the portion sizes hadn't been slashed. I swear the risotto shrunk to half its pre-covid size after covid.

That an outside operator and more of a homage to the theme that they kinda use as a “lunch special” Most of the places they use it are not as such…they are to lock you onto a large bill. I believe it’s a side effect to them increase the buffets/character places by 400% this century. They got large appetites for those bills. But it’s on the people…coulda said no and didn’t

Actually the prix fixe meal at Chef de France in Epcot is quite good and includes a glass of wine. They serve a huge portion too.

Sad to say that I forget this restaurant even exists anymore.

Death to all prix fixe

And it’s still…all BS aside…in an amusement park. Not the place to discuss…but there seems to be fire behind the smoke that consumer prices are showing up 20% up across the board… How’s that gonna “trickle” to a place that already has seen its demand softening (it is) due to price (it is)??

TrainsOfDisneyJul 15, 2025

With tax and tip it’s gonna be $90 for an adult!

Looks like a pretty good upgrade, particularly the steak.

TrainsOfDisneyJul 15, 2025

I enjoyed it as counter service….. I’m not spending $70! I’ll be at harbor house haha.

SirwalterraleighJul 15, 2025

It’s always available… …just checked. 16 slots from 4-9 today. I love empty restaurants…I hate reservations…but this is not good

Bring back reasonably priced lunch (not $72, like it is now) with braised pork, green beans and mashed. Always a line out the door. $72 for lunch is a joke.

kgoose23Jul 15, 2025

Really wish they would bring back the quick service lunch. It was a favorite of this family.

They should dump the prix fixe…when restaurants are empty…it does zero good to keep them that way
