Zootopia: Better Zoogether! has now been added to the lineup of attractions available during Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours at Disney's Animal Kingdom. With the show now officially part of both offerings, guests staying at eligible Disney Resort hotels will have more opportunities to experience the new 4D attraction with shorter waits.

THe Show

The update means you can see Zootopia: Better Zoogether! during:

Early Entry - offered to Disney Resort hotel guests each morning before regular park opening.
Extended Evening Hours - offered on select nights for guests staying at Deluxe Resorts, Deluxe Villas, and other select hotels.

Zootopia: Better Zoogether! opened on November 7 inside the Tree of Life Theater, replacing It's Tough to be a Bug! The experience blends 3D film, in-theater effects, and the new Benjamin Clawhauser Audio-Animatronics figure. It also anchors a broader Zootopia rollout across the park, including new merchandise and a character meet and greet.

But if you notice, they completely left out the non-mammalians that were the subject of Zootopia 2. To be honest, they could hand out free mickey bars and still not salvage a positive crowd review.

The argument that the designers really cared but still produced Zootopia (or Tiana’s) is far more unkind than the one I was making. Teams that care can make all sorts of terrible products for all sorts of reasons, but they are usually terrible in a different and more interesting way from Zootopia. Zootopia is the most unimaginative, low-effort, clip-show product possible. The closest parallel that springs to mind might be that Narnia show MGM featured for a bit.
