Zootopia: Better Zoogether! is now officially open to all guests at Disney's Animal Kingdom, marking the grand debut of the park's newest 4D attraction inside the Tree of Life Theater. The show officially began operations this morning, November 7, 2025, at 8:00 AM.

Guests visiting the park for opening day found a smooth start, with the attraction operating under standby line and an initial posted wait time of just 10 minutes.

The new show replaces It's Tough to be a Bug! and brings a family-friendly Zootopia-themed experience to the park, centered around the citywide Zoogether Day celebration. Guests join Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, Gazelle, and Clawhauser for a colorful, music-filled broadcast filled with humor and lively effects.

Zootopia: Better Zoogether! has been in soft opening previews over the past week for Cast Members, Disney Vacation Club Members, and Annual Passholders. Today marks its official opening to all park guests.

But if you notice, they completely left out the non-mammalians that were the subject of Zootopia 2. To be honest, they could hand out free mickey bars and still not salvage a positive crowd review.

The argument that the designers really cared but still produced Zootopia (or Tiana’s) is far more unkind than the one I was making. Teams that care can make all sorts of terrible products for all sorts of reasons, but they are usually terrible in a different and more interesting way from Zootopia. Zootopia is the most unimaginative, low-effort, clip-show product possible. The closest parallel that springs to mind might be that Narnia show MGM featured for a bit.
