Disney's Animal Kingdom debuted a new 'Avatar: The Way of Water' projection show on the park's Tree of Life centerpiece earlier this evening.

Tree of Life Awakens - 'Avatar: The Way of Water' projection show

Avatar filmmakers Lightstorm Entertainment partnered with Walt Disney Imagineering and Disney Live Entertainment on the new sequence.

The nearly 4-minute projection show on the Tree of Life takes place each evening from sunset, although there are no set performance times.

This new Tree of Life projection show will play for a limited time to celebrate the theatrical debut of 'Avatar: The Way of Water' on Friday, December 16, 2022.
