All construction walls are now down on Grand Avenue at Disney's Hollywood Studios, giving guests a great look at the entrance to Star Wars Galaxy's Edge.

Agreed lol -- the $99.99 + tax pricetag has me questioning the whole idea. Hoping nobody buys so it drops fast (we all know, that won't happen though lol).

Thanks! I saw the Mando movie, but didn't know Rotta had all that background. Still, that one seems like an....interesting choice.

Yes - in the SW universe "Rotta" the hutt, Jabba's nephew as a little guy in the clone wars TV show, and then grown up all big and muscly in the new mando movie (where the food truck is coming from too).

Here's what Disney says now: At a later date, the two other buddies – Grogu and a Hutlett – will become available at Disneyland park, while all three will debut at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

That just means DL has too many rides. Close down about a dozen of them and leave just nine other rides, and BAM!, SWL in DL will be as popular as SWL in DHS!!! ;)

I could be misremembering, but I thought I read somewhere that foot traffic for GE in Anaheim is lower than expected. Which is why the DL version gets things, or gets things before the DHS version does.

I’d be fine just changing Rise and letting the rest of the saga cover the rest of the land. There’d be a new ride based on the Prequels built too.

Maybe a complete retheme of GE at Studios to the OT. Smuggler's becomes the Kessel Run and you gotta make it in 12 parsecs. Rise becomes escape from the Death star after recusing Leia. Oga's becomes Mos Eisley Cantina........a guy can dream....
