The Electric Mayhem took the stage outside Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets at Disney's Hollywood Studios on Wednesday evening as part of a media grand opening celebration.

The live performance took place in front of the attraction's psychedelic Stratocaster guitar for invited media guests, with fireworks lighting up the night sky above the courtyard.

The attraction is not yet open to regular guests. Annual Passholder previews begin today, May 21, with the public opening on May 26, 2026.

I would think the cameos would be more interesting for the guests to see than pre-recorded Scooter

Scooter being a monitor luckily only diminishes the show for the first row of people! The monitors for cameos and scooter B mode should be switched. That thing is small for the space it plays in.

Is the screen always there or is it wheeled in for this. I didn’t notice when I rode the other day (Scooter’s AA was working though so possibly just wasn’t seeing it for that).
