Remy's Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT is now temporarily closed as Disney begins its planned conversion from 3D to enhanced 2D digital visuals. The France Pavilion attraction will remain closed through Thursday, November 13, and is scheduled to reopen on Friday, November 14, 2025.
When it returns, the attraction will offer Early Entry for resort guests beginning at 8:30 am, with regular park hours from 9 am to 9 pm.
According to Disney's official statement:
"Remy's Ratatouille Adventure will experience a short downtime Nov. 10-13, 2025 and will return with enhanced digital visuals and clearer imagery projected in 2D. Remy's fans will spot new props and lighting enhancements when they are added to the queue and attraction over the next few months."
The 2D conversion removes the need for 3D glasses while delivering sharper, brighter imagery throughout the attraction. Guests can also expect new set details and lighting effects rolling out over time as part of the visual refresh.
A similar update is also taking place at the original Ratatouille: L'Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy in Disneyland Paris, where the ride is being switched to the same 2D projection system.
