Disney has released full details on Bluey's Wild World at Conservation Station, covering everything from the virtual queue and character experiences to food, merchandise, and the new Australian animal habitat.

Bluey's Wild World opens in Disney's Animal Kingdom on May 26 as part of Cool Kids' Summer at Walt Disney World and will stay beyond summer 2026.

Virtual Queue: How to Get In

Bluey's Wild World will operate with a virtual queue from opening day. You'll need to join via the My Disney Experience app at one of two daily times: 7am or 10am.

  • 7am drop: Valid admission and a park reservation (if applicable) for Disney's Animal Kingdom are required. You do not need to be inside the park to join.
  • 10am drop: Valid admission is required and you must be physically inside Disney's Animal Kingdom to join.

The virtual queue covers the full experience, including the Wildlife Express Train, Bluey's Wild World, Jumping Junction, and the Animal Care experiences at Conservation Station. No standby queue will be available at launch, though Disney expects to add one at a later date.

To reach Conservation Station, you'll need to take the Wildlife Express Train. Find the station near Harambe Market in Africa.

Games and Character Experiences

The experience features interactive games inspired by Bluey episodes with animal-themed twists. Expect familiar activities including Keepy Uppy and Magic Asparagus, with music and dancing throughout.

Bluey and Bingo will appear during the experience, with the whole session finishing with a bubble shower finale.

Jumping Junction: Australian Animals

Jumping Junction is the new outdoor habitat replacing the former Affection Section petting zoo. You'll see kangaroos and wallabies in a shared habitat, tying the experience to Bluey's home country of Australia.

Bluey-Inspired Food and Drinks

Bluey-themed food and beverages are available at several locations across Disney's Animal Kingdom.

At Pizzafari on Discovery Island:

  • Fairy Bread Cake: vanilla birthday cake dipped in white chocolate and rainbow sprinkles with raspberry dipping sauce
  • Wackadoo Fruit Freeze: frozen Simply Fruit Punch garnished with fruit salad
  • Bluey's Berry Lemonade: frozen Minute Maid Lemonade blended with blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry
  • Bluey Sipper: a super-sized souvenir cup sold with a fountain beverage (limit two per person per transaction)

At Isle of Java on Discovery Island:

  • Pretzel's Pretzels: soft mini pretzels with homemade cheese and blueberry-mustard dipping sauces

Bluey's Berry Lemonade is also available at Eight Spoon Café.

Merchandise

Bluey merchandise is available at Island Mercantile on Discovery Island and at Conservation Station. Current items include youth and adult apparel featuring Bluey and Bingo, including a rain jacket, grey pullover, and a blue Walt Disney World logo tee.

Later this summer, two additional items arrive: a Bluey and Bingo Create Your Own plush and Bluey and Bingo plush headbands.

Basic baby care items including diapers, wipes, sunscreen, and formula will also be available for purchase at Conservation Station.

Disney PhotoPass Magic Shots

Disney PhotoPass photographers will offer three Bluey Magic Shots at two locations: the entrance to Disney's Animal Kingdom and on the pathway between Africa and Asia next to the Discovery River.

The three Magic Shots feature Grannies Janet and Rita, butterfly Keepy Uppy with Flappy and Bluey, and a Bluey and Bingo dance mode shot.

My local zoo has a walk through wallaby & red kangaroo exhibit that opened about 15 years ago. Fortunately there hasn’t been any brawls between the Aussies and deranged humans. The only time there’s any rowdiness is when the male Wallaby, Rocket, is in the mood. He likes to try and mate with anyone and anything. But yeah no dukes so far.

The Gene Kelly animatronic is long gone.

While it says they eventually plan for it to be unguided, I'm positive they'll still have staff stationed throughout to make sure guests don't do anything they shouldn't. They have to protect the animals too (more important than protecting the people, really). I'm also guessing it will stay very low capacity. Higher than it is in this test period, but it almost has to be significantly limited in terms of how many people can walk through at a time. Still wouldn't be surprised to see it shut down with how badly behaved some people are at Disney, but who knows.

I’m not used to seeing you have this vibe on here omg But yeah, if it goes to hell in a handbasket, I’ll eat crow as well

They don’t know how to paint a wall people won’t pick the paint off of. Or design queue elements and games people won’t destroy. Is a person who swings from a light pole (which I’ve seen) safe around a kangaroo? I’d love to be pleasantly surprised here. Happy to come back in a year and admit I was wrong if so.

We’ll see but I really struggle to imagine Disney can’t figure out how to prevent this when so many other places already have.

RELEASE THE BABY!!!

Yes, and yet when a poorly supervised child inevitably charges at a kangaroo and gets punched, it’ll make national news. There’s no way this lasts long. Look around WDW. Too many feral people.

They are far from the only place where you can get up close and personal with kangaroos. The zoo in Nashville also lets you go into an enclosure with them and walk right up to them and touch them if they allow. This is an experience that is offered at dozens of zoos around the world.

I actually really wondered if they thought this through when i first heard about it

Sooner or later we're going to hear of a toddler carried of in a kangaroo pouch.

Great insight! The current limited experience actually sounds quite neat!

Apparently Jumpin’ Junction has soft opened. Unclear how many guests have already been punched.
