First Look: Disneyland's New Projection Animatronic at Pirates of the Caribbean

Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland has reopened with a new next-generation animatronic effect. A pirate in the treasure grotto transforms from flesh-and-blood to skeleton in real time using front-projected imagery mapped to a 3D-printed figure — a Disney parks first.
