'Meet Sulley at Walt Disney Presents' will return to Disney's Hollywood Studios next week as Walt Disney World continues to bring back more live entertainment.

Sulley from Monsters Inc. will be welcoming guests from Monday April 18 2022, which is also the same day that Walt Disney World will eliminate social distancing at character meets and greets.

The removal of physical distancing at character meet and greets will come to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise line, and Aulani. Not all locations will be available immediately, Disney anticipates reopening in phases throughout the spring and early summer.

Character meet and greets have been physically distanced at Walt Disney World ever since the parks reopened from the COVID-19 closure in mid-2020.

According to the Disney calendar, the Sulley Meet and Greet returns April 18th -
Tomorrow's the big day! I expect full debrief posts here on Magic!
@wdwmagic
I am here! I will post info as I see it!
Will you be able to stand beside or hug all characters on the 18th, both face and fur characters?
All of the "see" characters available in Genie+ have been changed to "meet" this morning -

Meet Disney Stars at Red Carpet Dreams
Meet Olaf at Celebrity Spotlight
Meet Mickey at Town Square Theater
Meet Princess Tiana and a Visiting Princess at Princess Fairytale Hall
Meet Cinderella and a Visiting Princess at Princess Fairytale Hall
Random family member is at Animal Kingdom and posted a picture of Gypsy from a Bugs Life....so they certainly went very random and obscure for today

Could this also maybe be tied to the Earth Day Celebration? Just odd so many rare characters are out like that.

I wonder if they just staffed up for today with every character they could fit in, expecting the normal ones to be swamped with longer waits.
“Meet ‘Steve’ - stormtrooper from episode 3 who fell off speeder at 45:32 minute mark”

Ps: fully huggable
Can't wait for our 3 year old to actually be able to hug the characters our next trip instead of waving from a distance
One of the many reasons Disneyland is always superior. Mickey is literally going to people and high-fiving everyone.
I can't quite tell from the pictures, are Photo Pass photographers w/ the M&Gs now too? or still DIY?
