Work on improvements at the Morocco pavilion at EPCOT are continuing with new concrete and signage.

In the main courtyard at the front of the pavilion, walls are up and a section of concrete has been removed in front of the quick service restaurant.

Alongside Spice Road Table, the pink concrete is being removed and replaced with a much more rustic design.

Elsewhere at the pavilion, more signage is being installed as Disney continues its takeover from the original third party operator.

Another sign that was installed as part of these updates that has some typeface and translation errors has been removed and will presumably return when corrected.

That’s always been there, there’s a few areas throughout the pavilion where you can hear residents talking to each other. Would love if Disney could figure out what to do with this pavilion, it’s embarrassing at the moment

Sorry for the thread bump. I’m currently at the Morocco pavilion in the Fez House. They’ve added some atmosphere audio of two men having a conversation catching up and some other conversations between people.

Marrakesh and the Bazaar need to reopen...Up the theme factor and really make that walk back through the pavilion an event. If anything, Spice Road Table has hurt the pavilion overall by diverting people away from wandering back to the bazaar and Marrakesh...Marrakesh need to be more of a spectacular thing to drive guests to the back....

They changed the menu though. It is not the same food as they had before. I am sad about this. The chicken shawarma was a must have for me every trip. Believe it or not, not a single restaurant in the city where I live sells it.
