If you're a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder planning to visit this summer, park reservation availability is already tightening — and May 22 2026 at Disney's Hollywood Studios is the first date to sell out.
May 22 marks the debut of the updated Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, and demand from Annual Passholders has pushed that date to capacity. With several other major openings following in quick succession, now is the time to check your dates.
Dates to Watch
Soarin' Across America at EPCOT
- May 19–20: Annual Passholder previews
- May 26: Opens to all guests
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets at Hollywood Studios
- May 21–23: Annual Passholder previews (virtual queue)
- May 26: Opens to all guests
Bluey's Wild World at Conservation Station, Disney's Animal Kingdom
- May 26: Opens to all guests (and continues beyond Cool Kids' Summer)
Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! at Hollywood Studios
- May 26: Opens to all guests
The Passholder preview windows for both Soarin' Across America and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets are short, which means those dates will likely follow May 22 in selling out quickly.
May 26 is worth watching closely too. With four major experiences launching on the same day across three parks, Passholder reservations at multiple parks could hit capacity.
Sold-out dates don't always stay that way. Cancellations happen, so it's worth checking the reservation calendar in My Disney Experience regularly. Availability can change at any time, so keep an eye on both the website and the app.
Options If You Can't Get a Reservation
If your preferred date is unavailable, you still have options.
After 2pm entry Annual Passholders can enter any theme park after 2pm without a reservation, subject to capacity and applicable blockout dates. The exception is Magic Kingdom on Saturdays and Sundays, which still requires a reservation.
How many reservations can you hold? Your pass type determines how many reservations you can hold at once on a rolling basis:
- Disney Incredi-Pass: up to 5
- Disney Sorcerer Pass: up to 5
- Disney Pirate Pass: up to 4
- Disney Pixie Dust Pass: up to 3
If you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel or select partner hotel, you can also make a reservation for each day of your stay — on top of your standard rolling reservation allowance.
Park Hopper Annual Passholders can visit a second park at any time during park hours. You need to make a reservation for your first park and enter it before hopping.
