Tickets for the D23 Mexico Pavilion experience at EPCOT go on sale today, Friday, June 12, at 1 pm ET at tickets.d23.com.

The ticketing system uses a virtual queue — when the sale opens, you'll be assigned a random place in line alongside everyone else who arrives before it starts. Get to the page early to be in the queue when it opens.

D23 Gold Member Event at EPCOT's Mexico Pavilion

Here's everything included in the $349 D23 Gold Member ticket.

What's Included

The event takes place on July 14, 2026, running from 12:45 pm to approximately 4:30 pm ET. Check-in is from 12:15 – 12:40 pm ET at the outside podium at La Hacienda de San Angel Restaurant at the Mexico Pavilion.

La Cava Experience (12:45 – 2:30 pm)

Tequila Ambassador Humberto Soto leads a private guided tasting of six premium agave spirits — blanco through aged tequilas, plus an artisanal mezcal. Chips and guacamole are served as a palate cleanser.

A commemorative tequila cocktail glass with the La Cava Tequila logo, etched by Arribas Brothers

La Cava del Tequila (2:30 – 3:15 pm)

Two exclusive cocktails are on the menu here:

The Aztec Eagle — a D23 Member-exclusive drink created with the Walt Disney Archives, honoring Walt Disney's 1943 Order of the Aztec Eagle award from the Mexican government during a visit to Mexico City
Anniversary Old Fashioned — an aged in-house cocktail celebrating La Cava del Tequila's 17th anniversary, available here before it's served anywhere else

You'll also receive a stainless-steel beverage sphere etched by Arribas Brothers with the number "23."

San Angel Inn Lunch (3:15 – approx. 4:30 pm)

A curated tasting menu traces San Angel Inn's history from EPCOT's opening day in 1982 back to its roots as a Mexico City culinary institution. You'll choose an appetizer, main course, and dessert, plus receive a San Angel Inn margarita as originally served at the Mexico City restaurant.

Each guest receives a replica of the original 1982 San Angel Inn menu to take home.

think outside the box of what currently is there... there is a seasonally and mostly unused Odyssey plot on the left side of the pavillion that may be able to be used for Queue and additional space. If the attraction entrance were not in the Plaza area but instead accessed from the esplanade outside, that could solve the problem...It is a beautiful pavilion and deserves a much better attraction...As does Japan, Germany, The UK and Morocco... EPCOT as a whole was designed for huge crowds...and the park could really use more attractions to spread out the crowds...

I mean they technically COULD, it would be a massive undertaking though and change a lot of things, if I were them, I would basically construct a new showbuilding behind Royal Summerhaus and finish most of that before closing Cabelleros and using part of the ride into a new queue for a hypothetical new boat ride so you can keep the vibes of San Angel for as long as possible. Heck dependning on how they build it and layout, you could potentially keep the waterfront and completely change out the back half of the ride.

They could expand the footprint of the show building or even build an alternate entrance. I know they won't because they are cheap and lazy but still.

They can't do to Mexico what was done to Norway to help with that. There is nowhere to put extended queue in the Mexico pavilion other than the seating area for one of the most popular restaurants at EPCOT and they're not going to do that.

So, I did the first one. I liked it. Did I $350 like it? IDK. It was a small group. I think maybe ~20. It's what I believe is the standard tequila tasting "La Cava Experience" -- which is great. (~$180). After the tasting a D23 rep and someone who had been working at the Mexico pavilion since opening spoke a bit. This part was relatively brief, and my nerdy self would have really liked more history and stories from the building of the pavilion. As we exited, D23 had set up in the lobby of La Hacienda some displays of "mood boards" from the archives that had been used in the planning of the pavilion. We then headed to La Cava for the special cocktail. They had some standing tables reserved for us and the cocktails were presented beautifully. There was a little tag on the bottle containing the cocktail explaining its origin but otherwise there was no presentation or anything. From there we went into San Angel. A couple tables had been reserved for us. Could choose appetizer, entree, dessert from a limited menu. Meal was lovely and had a nice time chatting with other D23 members but here again no formal presentation and we kinda felt on our own. There was no formal end, just headed out on your own when you were ready (or maybe I missed some closing). In terms of swag, the Arribas Brothers glass is very nice. Also got a small reusable tote bag, a nice ball cap, a stainless steel ball (branded La Cava) that can serve as a big ice cube, a magnet the size of the AP magnets, some stickers. I like tequila, I like Mexican food, I like talking Disney with other fans ... it was an enjoyable albeit expensive afternoon. But I'd say you need to like tequila and Mexican food and chit chatting with other guests. Do not go expecting a lot about the history of the pavilion (unless they've changed things).
