I have to wonder if this was originally intended for a Disney cruise line and changed it to a park show instead...

Hello everyone I’m dreaming but: It would be awesome if before the finale, the villains break the mirrors and some of them come out live to say “goodbye” to have a great finale with villains in stage. Only dreaming lol

The casting breakdown only had Cruella, Maleficent and Captain Hook as equity roles, so only those 3 characters will be the only ones speaking and singing live. BUT this new art shows other non-equity performers will probably be used in the show. Jafar and Hades will not sing or talk live, but nothing stops them from lip-syncing as Dr Faciller does in Hocus Pocus during MNSSHP, where as the Sanderson Sisters are equity.

Sir, this is a *Villains* show King Brian is a wily rival, but no true villain... That said, give me a Rathcullen Arms Public House restaurant anywhere on property and I will be there in full Darby cosplay.

Where's Brian Connors, the king of the Little People?

Was thinking the same thing. Seems like this "live" show is going to rely heavily on animated screens rather than live cast and a ton happening physically on stage. With the right in-theater effects, that doesn't have to make it a bad thing, especially if it runs on more of a LM rather than BATB schedule. Do we know if this will be a continuous all day thing or with limited posted showtimes yet?

I appreciate seeing deep cut references to lesser known Disney villains. The trend of new projects needing to focus on modern IP might finally be ending

Have to wonder if the Hades they had at Oogie Boogie Bash this year was a play test for the design they will use here...

I still hold out that a Gravity Falls ride would be amazing in AK (mythical creatures and getting back the gimmick tourist attraction but done better (and with lovable IP so Disney should be MUCH more content with). Heck, Gravity Falls did have that Dinosaur storyline... Back into the caves anyone?

Oh he definitely is, but I have a dream and a wish to see Bill Cipher in the parks. It'll happen eventually... Disney doesn't seem content with leaving Gravity Falls to pass away peacefully. But overall they're cagey on TV stuff in the parks that aren't tied to the Fab 5 and Stitch.
