Two days before the SAP Sapphire & ASUG Annual Conference private event, concert production equipment is already appearing at Magic Kingdom. Dave Matthews Band is set to perform in front of Cinderella Castle on Wednesday, May 13.
Large speaker towers and moving spotlights have been installed on temporary truss structures around the hub area. Rolling planters are being used to conceal some of the equipment, positioned in the hub and on either side of the castle stage.
The setup is visible to regular park guests today. Magic Kingdom closes to the public at 5:30pm on May 13 to make way for the private SAP event starting at 7:30pm

- Early Entry: 7:30am – 8:00am
- Park open: 8:00am – 5:30pm
