Magic Kingdom currently closed to some guests due to capacity (phase 3)

The Magic Kingdom is currently closed to some guests due to capacity (phase 3). This had been expected during the busy holiday week between Christmas Day and New Year's Eve, but phase closings in January are largely unheard of.
