Level99 is ofically open at Walt Disney World. The interactive social gaming venue officially opens its doors to the public today at Disney Springs West Side, bringing 63 life-sized mini-games, a full scratch kitchen, a two-story bar, and more than 40 original art installations to the former NBA Experience building on the West Side.

What Is Level99?

Level99 is a social gaming venue designed for adults and teens. Inside 46,800 square feet of space, you'll find 63 physical and mental mini-games spread across two floors — everything from dodging swinging axes to cracking logic puzzles to navigating rope courses. Games last 1 to 4 minutes each, are designed for 2 to 6 players, and can be played in any order, as many times as you like.

There are three ways to play:

  • Challenge Rooms — cooperative gameplay where your group works together
  • Player-vs-Player Duels — head-to-head competitive games
  • Hunt Art — an interactive art scavenger hunt built into the venue's 40+ original installations

At check-in you'll receive a Veloband — an RFID wristband that unlocks every game in the venue. Your scores and progress are saved to your player profile and carry over to future visits at any Level99 location.

Tickets

Tickets are on sale now at Level99.com. Pricing:

  • 1.5-hour session — $29.99 per player
  • 2.5-hour session — $39.99 per player
  • Premium Pass Upgrade — an additional $19.99, adding expedited check-in, a limited edition Veloband, 10% off merchandise, and an exclusive pin

Our recommendation is to go for the 2.5-hour session. For $10 more you'll feel less rushed and cover significantly more ground. During our preview visit we played 23 of the 63 rooms in two hours at a good pace — there's a lot to get through.

Walk-up entry is available, but with this being a brand new opening in peak summer, booking your date and time slot in advance at Level99.com is strongly recommended.

The first 500 players through the door today receive a commemorative opening day pin.

Practical Information

Level99 is located at Disney Springs West Side, next to the Cirque du Soleil Drawn to Life theater and across from House of Blues. The closest parking is the surface lot directly behind Cirque du Soleil, or Orange Garage. Parking at Disney Springs is complimentary.

You do not need a ticket to visit the bar or food area — walk-ins are welcome to eat and drink without purchasing game access.

Free lockers are available in two sizes inside the venue, secured with a four-digit code. Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and breathable clothing — the games involve running, jumping, and climbing. Level99 is fully indoors and air conditioned, making it a strong option on a hot day or during Florida's summer rainstorms.

For group bookings and private events, visit Level99.com.

Now they need to add a true Broadway style theater and put in a Disney Broadway production.

Simply matching the hours of Disney Springs.

It's been open 2 weeks. If that's the measure of success, everything ever opened is a home run.

Operating hours have already been extended. Home. Run.

It seems a lot like the Universal Nintendo concept blown out and expanded? Which I think is great fun. This definitely strikes me as viably lasting. The basketball thing was so clearly a dud from moment zero. Happy they have found something sensible for the West End.

I really want to do this!

Immediately interested. This is a glowing review, and you're always meticulous.

I'm sorry to disagree with your thumbnail. It should say: "LEVEL 99 - Another Disney Disaster? My honest review!!" It's almost like your livelihood doesn't depend on the clicks!!!!1!

Level99 Disney Springs Review: Is It Worth It? Level99 has opened at Disney Springs West Side, and after a three-hour media preview covering 23 of the 63 available mini-games, it earns a strong recommendation. Sessions run 1.5 hours for $29.99 or 2.5 hours for $39.99, and the longer option is the better value if you want to get through a meaningful portion of what's on offer. https://www.wdwmagic.com/attractions/Level99/news/25jun2026-level99-disney-springs-review-is-it-worth-it.htm

Ironically I saw this place yesterday while walking into the mall.. thinking 'wow, these are just anywhere...'.. and to see the Trackers were invited up to visit that very same location.. makes it a small world :)

The food was a mixed bag. Tacos were delicious, the sticky ribs were average, chocolate chip cookie was amazing. Some friends tried the pizza and thought it was just ok.

I'll sit by myself at the bar with a T-shirt that says, "LFT."
