Level99 has confirmed its opening date at Disney Springs West Side. The interactive social gaming venue opens Monday, June 29 2026, with ticket sales launching Monday, June 22 at Level99.com. Tickets start at $29.99 per player.

The venue occupies 46,800 square feet in the former NBA Experience building and features 63 life-sized mini-games — more than any other Level99 location.

Tickets and Hours

Tickets start at $29.99 and cover either a 1.5-hour or 2.5-hour play session. A premium pass add-on is available, offering expedited check-in and special gifts.

The first 500 players through the door on opening day will receive a commemorative pin.

Level99 operating hours at Disney Springs:

  • Monday – Thursday: 11am to 10pm
  • Friday: 11am to 11pm
  • Saturday: 10am to 11pm
  • Sunday: 10am to 10pm

Three Ways to Play

At check-in, you'll receive an RFID-powered "Veloband" that unlocks access to the games. All 63 mini-games are included in the price of admission, and you can attempt each one as many times as you like, in any order, by tapping your Veloband on the entry screen.

Level99 offers three formats:

  • Challenge Rooms — cooperative play
  • Player-vs-Player Duels — head-to-head competition
  • Art Scavenger Hunt — an interactive experience across the venue

Games last around 1-4 minutes each and are designed for 2-6 players. Level99 saves your progress, so you can pick up where you left off at any Level99 location on a return visit — and climb the leaderboard along the way.

Games and Food

All Level99 games are created, developed, and designed in-house at the company's Massachusetts production facility. Games cover a range of skills — strength, dexterity, balance, and mental aptitude — and accessibility information is listed on each game's entry screen.

Signature games at the Disney Springs location include:

  • Axe Run — race across a narrow beam while dodging swinging axes
  • Ninja Swing — use ropes to navigate across platforms, earning stars based on how far your group advances
  • Mansion Banquet — solve logic puzzles to match guests with the right seat, meal, and drink before time runs out

On the food and beverage side, you can order from a first-floor kitchen window, at the bar, or from satellite bar carts on the second floor. The scratch kitchen menu includes:

  • Loaded Elote Guacamole — charred corn, queso fresco, lime crema, Tajín, cilantro, and tortillas
  • Roni, Roni, Roni — Detroit-style pizza with 24-hour cold fermented dough, Ezzo cupping pepperoni, housemade red sauce, pecorino romano, Calabrian chili, and fresh basil
  • House Burger — 100% domestic wagyu, sharp white cheddar, caramelized onion, brown butter aioli, and brioche

The two-story bar sits at the center of the venue, with satellite bar carts on the second floor. Handcrafted cocktails and local beers on tap are available throughout.

"We're thrilled to bring Level99 to Walt Disney World Resort and share it with the millions of visitors who come to Orlando each year," said Level99 Founder and CEO Matt DuPlessie. "We can't wait to welcome our first Players."

"We know our guests love the variety of experiences here at Disney Springs and Level99 is a perfect addition to make even more fun memories with friends and family," said Debbie Hart, Vice President, Disney Springs.

Tickets go on sale June 22 at Level99.com.

Now they need to add a true Broadway style theater and put in a Disney Broadway production.

Simply matching the hours of Disney Springs.

It's been open 2 weeks. If that's the measure of success, everything ever opened is a home run.

Operating hours have already been extended. Home. Run.

It seems a lot like the Universal Nintendo concept blown out and expanded? Which I think is great fun. This definitely strikes me as viably lasting. The basketball thing was so clearly a dud from moment zero. Happy they have found something sensible for the West End.

I really want to do this!

Immediately interested. This is a glowing review, and you're always meticulous.

I'm sorry to disagree with your thumbnail. It should say: "LEVEL 99 - Another Disney Disaster? My honest review!!" It's almost like your livelihood doesn't depend on the clicks!!!!1!

Level99 Disney Springs Review: Is It Worth It? Level99 has opened at Disney Springs West Side, and after a three-hour media preview covering 23 of the 63 available mini-games, it earns a strong recommendation. Sessions run 1.5 hours for $29.99 or 2.5 hours for $39.99, and the longer option is the better value if you want to get through a meaningful portion of what's on offer. https://www.wdwmagic.com/attractions/Level99/news/25jun2026-level99-disney-springs-review-is-it-worth-it.htm

Ironically I saw this place yesterday while walking into the mall.. thinking 'wow, these are just anywhere...'.. and to see the Trackers were invited up to visit that very same location.. makes it a small world :)

The food was a mixed bag. Tacos were delicious, the sticky ribs were average, chocolate chip cookie was amazing. Some friends tried the pizza and thought it was just ok.

I'll sit by myself at the bar with a T-shirt that says, "LFT."
