Level99, the upcoming interactive gaming and dining venue at Disney Springs, has started recruiting for its opening team.
A new posting on the company's careers site lists a Director of Operations - Opening Team position for Level99 Disney Springs.
The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations across the 45,000-square-foot venue, including the gaming experience, bar, and restaurant. The role calls for leadership of more than 100 team members and management of operations serving nearly 500,000 guests annually.
Level99 is described as a real-world gaming venue for adults, offering more than 50 physical and mental challengesset in immersive, art-driven environments. Players can test their skills in ninja-style obstacle rooms, logic puzzles, and competitive duels, earning rewards and climbing leaderboards as they progress.
Alongside the games, Level99 features a full-service bar and restaurant known for its scratch cooking, local craft beers, and handmade cocktails.
Backed by Act III Holdings, led by Panera founder Ron Shaich, Level99 operates existing locations in Natick, MA, and Providence, RI, with additional venues opening soon in Tysons, VA, and West Hartford, CT.
Coming Soon to Disney Springs
The Disney Springs venue will occupy the former NBA Experience building on the West Side and will be Level99's largest location to date, featuring more than 60 challenge rooms and a two-story bar.
The company has not yet announced an opening date, but with construction underway and hiring now open, the Disney Springs debut is moving closer.
