Level99, the interactive social gaming venue coming to Disney Springs West Side this summer, has begun hiring for 150 roles across entertainment and food and beverage.
The venue occupies the former NBA Experience building on Disney Springs West Side, near the Cirque du Soleil Drawn to Life theater. At over 45,000 square feet, it will be the largest Level99 location when it opens, surpassing existing venues in Natick, Mass., Providence, R.I., and Tysons, Va.
Level99 is filling 150 opening team positions across two areas:
- Entertainment
- Food and beverage

What Is Level99?
Level99 is a social gaming venue built around more than 60 life-sized mini-games — think dodging axes, cracking puzzles, and outsmarting physical challenges. It's aimed at adults and teens.
The Disney Springs location will feature 63 mini-games in total, more than any other Level99 venue currently operating.
At the center of the venue is a two-story bar ringed by neon light, visible throughout the space. The food and beverage program includes Detroit-style pizza, wagyu burgers, handcrafted cocktails, and rotating beers on tap. Ingredients are made from scratch daily.
The venue will also feature more than 40 original art installations — the largest collection across all Level99 locations.
Level99 is led by entertainment innovator Matt DuPlessie and backed by Act III Holdings, the investment vehicle of Panera founder and current CAVA Chair Ron Shaich.
A specific opening date has not yet been announced beyond "summer 2026."
