Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! will once again be absent from the Walt Disney World holiday season this year.

Disney's Hollywood Studios will offer a basic holiday line-up with only the Sunset Seasons Greetings projection show and usual holiday decor.

This year's marketing for Disney's Hollywood Studios will focus on the upcoming return of the updated Fantasmic! which is now set for its debut in the latter half of 2022 after numerous delays.

Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! debuted at Disney's Hollywood Studios in 2016 and was modified in 2018 with a reduction in fireworks fired from the ground-based launch site across World Drive.

Sigrid is the girl. Julenissen is the gnome/troll.

Didn’t Norway traditionally have a girl as well as Sigrid? I can’t recall her name just now.

Was going to comment on that, I wonder if it’s just a leftover in the posting each year? I’ll have to dig. I actually liked that they switched it up for Canada with the band, as our “Santa” is so similar to Father Christmas.

Thumper 32Jul 15, 2022

There’s actually a bit of news in that posting. It looks like the Canada storyteller is coming back for the first time in many years. I wonder if that will be in addition to the Holiday Voyageurs or replacing them, as they did to him before.

Didn't see a separate thread for the 2022 International Festival of the Holidays, but here's a new casting call for Holiday Storytellers -

Adding drones to the DHS show would add a lot.

SaucyBoyJun 28, 2022

Yes. But in recent years, it had the strongest offerings (including decor and entertainment) out of all the parks.

backinactionJun 28, 2022

Christmas at DHS died when they got rid of Osborne

Magicart87Jun 28, 2022

It'll never happen but a Muppet-based seasonal show would be interesting.

It's a 3-mile radius from Latitude: 28º24'45"N, Longitude: 81º34'20"W, surface to 3,000 feet. As depicted it covers all of the MK and most of Epcot.

peter11435Jun 27, 2022

The no-fly zone only applies to MK and would not prevent then from flying zones. Just like they manage to fly helicopters for promotional filming or a dragon when opening Fantasyland.

Awwww, so sad...this was a cute little show.
