The Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular looks to be heading back to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party this fall. Disney has posted two casting notices - one for dancers and one for vocalists - pointing to a return of the Cinderella Castle stage show for the 2026 party season.
Despite being one of the most popular shows at the Halloween party, there had been chatter that the Spelltacular might be on its way out. The casting notices put that speculation to rest - at least for 2026.
The show debuted in 2015 and has built a strong following as one of the highest-rated castle stage shows at Walt Disney World. It centers on the Sanderson Sisters - Winifred, Mary, and Sarah - returning to the mortal world for one night to throw the ultimate Halloween party at Magic Kingdom.
The sisters team up with a roster of Disney villains to brew the ultimate party potion and cast a spell over the park. Joining them on stage are Dr. Facilier, Oogie Boogie, and Maleficent, backed by dancers, projection mapping, and special effects.
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party dates for 2026 have not yet been announced (they were revealed on May 21 last year). We'll have more details as Disney confirms the 2026 party season.
