Annual Passholder previews for Walt Disney World's upcoming 'Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind' rollercoaster have quickly reached capacity.

Registration opened earlier today at 9am, when registration also opened for Disney Vacation Club Members.

The passholder previews reached capacity at 10:35am, with the website now displaying "Event if Full."

For those guests that did not secure a preview reservation, "Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind" officially opened May 27 2022. Disney is still to announce how it will handle the queue, and if there will be a standby line, virtual queue or paid Lighting Lane access.

During previews, I believe those who use DAS go through the lightning lane.

has anyone heard what they’re doing for AP/DVC that have a DAS? I’m wondering if it’s kinda just like oh that sucks because it’s not actually open

I heard mixed reports of this today. Some were told only one ride and then others I saw say they rode multiple.

It doesn't seem like it should be possible to not have a crapload of queue space considering the size of the UoE building. I realize not all of it is for the queue and there are pre-shows and the first bit of the ride itself, but how could they not put a bunch of indoor switchbacks that can be bypassed if not needed

Yes I think they are struggling a bit with queue space. The line runs from Connections Cafe and uses the overflow outdoor switchbacks to the far left.

Looks like AP riders are being restricted to one ride. MagicBands are being scanned at the entrance to the area and the entrance to the ride.

FYI, for those who didn't get park pass reservations or confirmation emails, was informed by Disney that THEY ARE SENDING OUT confirmation emails out manually at this time.
