The Joffrey's coffee shop kiosk near EPCOT's Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind has been updated with the new EPCOT look.

The color scheme of red and light grey follows the World Discovery neighborhood's design language, matching the area's signage and garbage cans.

It looks like Disney is aiming to have most of World Discovery's more minor updates completed alongside the opening of Cosmic Rewind on Friday, March 27.

Other structures have also been recently updated with the new colors.

New colored umbrellas have also been installed near to Mission: SPACE and Test Track.

I wonder if LwtL's Christmas decorations, which totally was a huge draw with queues at night hitting an hour, was a sign that if they spruced it up a bit more outside of Christmas, it would help with capacity, since it often only has a 5 minute queue.

I like improved lighting but I feel this needs to be a bit adjusted. Seems overdone but again, pictures and videos aren't going to show what it's really like. Anyways, I'm so happy to see the ride getting regular love and can't wait to see it in person.

Love this sort of stuff. A ride doesn’t need a massive overhaul all at once, iterative improvements through the years culminate to an exceptional experience over time. It reminds me of Disneyland. I honestly wish they would leave more room for improvement in new rides. A lot may never come to fruition, but if you allow for future plussing (not an excuse to cheap out) you can ultimately deliver a better product through the years.

A new palm tree has been planted near a group of much older trees in World Discovery, across from Connections Eatery. There was previously a large circular planter over this spot in the pavement.
