Disney Releases Starlight Parade Schedule Through August 19 at Magic Kingdom

Disney has updated the entertainment schedule for Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away, confirming performance times through August 19, 2025, at Magic Kingdom.

Until this afternoon, official listings only showed showtimes through August 2. The updated schedule now confirms the parade will continue nightly at 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm, following the same pattern seen since opening night.

There are two exceptions: August 15 and August 17. On these dates, Disney Starlight will not be performed due to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which requires separate admission and includes its own exclusive entertainment, including Mickey's Boo-To-you Halloween Parade.

It truly would! And it still begs the question as to why they put the dancers in such ugly costumes in the first place, holding poles and doing … nothing.

Just got back from Disneyland and would love to see the Frozen dancers get the costumes from Paint the Night’s unit. Would be such an easy fix!

Not suggesting it’s cancelled, but definitely suspect in how they’re scheduling Starlight in particular. Every other parade and nighttime show have times for my date in July. I can only assume that it’s contingent on park closing which could be extended due to crowds but it’s tough to plan around when you still don’t know three weeks out.

It is a known that Disney calendars for outdoor events (parades, fireworks, Fantasmic!) are poorly maintained. There was a run, once, of several years in which by the time of December, there were no listings of fireworks for January and later. People panicked that "they're getting rid of the fireworks!!!" The fireworks times were eventually put on the calendar just a week before the supposed death of fireworks. So... it is much much more likely that the calendar is poorly maintained than a brand new nighttime parade is canceled. Yes, this is bad. But it's always been bad.

Who knows what the Calendar Department is thinkg?!?!?!?!?!? Why is Starlight only once on 3rd & the 5th? Yes MSEP has done that before on the 3rd but there's no excuse Starlight can't be Twice July3-5th!!! Another thing, Why is Adv. Friends in the Evening the next week? It's not like MK is restoring The Trolley dancers because they refuse to restore FOF, Welcome Show, Castle Dreamlights...... We're Dang Lucky to even have Starlight and Flying!!!!!! Sorry! Rant over.

It’s pretty crazy, we’re about three weeks out and Starlight is the only thing not posted. It shows that they really don’t want to commit to two parades per night if they don’t have to. Why else wait this long?

The Disney World calendar does not currently show Starlight running after July 11th. Is it going down for a refurb or do they just not add it to the calendar more than a couple weeks in advance?
