Flavors of Florida returns to Disney Springs in 2025 from June 27 through August 10, bringing back some fan-favorite food and drink. You’ll find more than 90 menu items across 45+ locations, making this year’s event the biggest yet.
You’ll want to catch these returning highlights:
- St. Augustine Datil Pepper Fritas at The Daily Poutine
This crispy pork dish, topped with datil pepper sauce and Florida hearts of palm slaw, was a surprise hit last year. The Sunshine Stroll Orange Pilsner beer cheese used in the dish adds a sharp, citrusy bite. Sunshine Stroll, introduced last summer as a Disney Springs exclusive, has become a centerpiece ingredient for many new creations this year.
- Orange Bird Cone at Swirls on the Water
This dessert pairs DOLE Whip Orange in an orange cone, finished with sprinkles and a chocolate Orange Bird piece. It’s one of the most recognizable sweets from the event and a must-try for DOLE Whip fans.
Beyond the returning dishes, you’ll have a packed lineup of new offerings inspired by Florida’s local ingredients, from citrus to cheese to seafood.

- Culinary Series (Fridays)
Select Fridays this summer, Disney Springs chefs will host free cooking demonstrations as part of the Kroger Delivery culinary series. You’ll need to register in advance, details to come.
- Pairing Dinners
Disney Springs will also host pairing events with cocktail, wine, and beer selections matched to special Flavors of Florida dishes. These are paid events with advance registration, details to be announced.
- Discover the Springs Seek and Find
Presented by The Polite Pig, this activity is a new way to explore Disney Springs’ 1,200+ acres. Pick up a free event guide, complete the map, and turn it in for a small prize.
