Disney Vacation Club members can save 20% on Disney Private VIP Tours on select dates from April 26 through October 3, 2026, as part of the Membership Extras program.

The discount returns this year for eligible DVC members. If you've been thinking about booking a VIP tour, this is the time to do it.

What does a Disney Private VIP Tour cost?

Tours are priced from $450 to $950 per hour depending on the time of year. There's a minimum booking of 7 hours and a maximum of 10 hours, so you're looking at a base cost of $3,150 to $6,650 before the DVC discount is applied.

That rate covers your entire group - up to 10 guests - not per person. Splitting the cost across a full group of 10 brings the per-person base down to $315 to $665 for a 7-hour tour at either end of the pricing range.

With the 20% DVC discount, you're saving at least $630 on a 7-hour tour at the lowest rate, and up to $1,330 at the top rate for the same duration.

Park admission is not included and must be purchased separately for every guest.

What's included

A Disney Private VIP Tour gives your group a dedicated guide who tailors your day around what you want to see and do. After being picked up in a private vehicle from your Walt Disney World Resort hotel or other select hotel, your guide stays with you for the full tour.

Services include:

  • Pre-arrival planning
  • Flexible start time of your choosing
  • Visits to multiple theme parks
  • Efficient access to your favorite attractions
  • Knowledgeable commentary from your guide throughout

Your party can include up to 10 guests, including infants. Guests 17 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult for the entire tour.

Dates and blackout periods

The offer covers select dates from April 26 through October 3, 2026, with two blackout periods:

  • May 22-24, 2026
  • July 3-5, 2026

The number of discounted tour slots is limited, so early booking is recommended.

How to book

Call (407) 560-4033. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. The offer is valid for new reservations only.

What you need to know before booking:

  • You must be present on the tour - the offer is non-transferable
  • Bring your digital DVC Membership Card and a valid photo ID to the tour
  • Cancel at least 3 days before your tour to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 2 hours at your booked rate
  • The discount cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion
  • No cameras, video equipment, or cellphones may be used in backstage areas

The only rides we’d be interested in riding more than once are Cosmic Rewind and Tron, especially with Thunder Mtn down and RNRC leaving soon. With that restriction, LLPP+LLMP makes more sense.

RememberWhenJul 03, 2025

Agree, but it’s only for the very newest options. I think when we did it (Jan 2024) the limits were on Tron, Guardians and Rise. We could have done guardians twice, but half the folks in our group were a bit queasy after one. Tron was a one time ride. We didn’t do rise since it’s down so often.

freediverdudeJul 03, 2025

For that type of price, a one ride limit is absolutely absurd.

PhonedaveJun 30, 2025

Totally a data point of one, but we just got back from a week in WDW, and I saw more VIP tours going on than ever before. Multiple ones per park per day.

C33MomJun 12, 2025

Answering my own question after calling the VIP tour line a few days ago: short answer is they claimed not to know if there would be parade viewing and also said there was a 1-2 ride limit on the newest attractions depending on the attraction.

C33MomJun 02, 2025

We are thinking of taking advantage of this offer. Does anybody know if you can ride Cosmic Rewind as many times as you want with VIP tours now? Also curious if VIP tours come with preferred seating for the new parade.

BurgermeisterMar 01, 2025

Have done this tour twice, a ton of fun. It is better done on a shorter trip as you are able to guarantee that you will get to do all the rides that are a must do. That leaves the remaining days to be much more relaxing and leisurely. Expensive? Absolutely. The first time we split with another family traveling with us so, obviously, it cut the cost in half. Would do it again if the opportunity ever presented itself.

If you take a discount…by definition you are not a VIP This is the stuff of a clown school

JahonaFeb 27, 2025

I had the exact same thought. If you wanted to try and do multiple parks in one day then ViP I think still makes sense. But for a single park? Probably not.

JohnDFeb 27, 2025

Makes sense. If VIP costs more than LLPP for one day, why not get LLPP where you can set your own schedule and hop on every ride when you want for less cost.

EREDFeb 27, 2025

If i remember correctly, you did think LLPP would cannibalize some of the VIP experience.

I suspect this is fallout from Lightning Lane Premier Pass. Let me see if I can find out more.
