Walt Disney World Private VIP Tours are now bookable as an add-on to Walt Disney Travel Company packages through a new pilot program for travel advisors. Starting today, agents can bundle VIP tours directly into a client's vacation package - and guests can lock in their tour date more than 60 days in advance.

Previously, VIP tours could only be reserved up to 60 days out. The pilot program removes that barrier for package bookings.

What Is a Disney Private VIP Tour?

A Disney Private VIP Tour pairs you with a dedicated guide who customizes your day across one or more theme parks. You're picked up from your Walt Disney World Resort hotel or select nearby hotel in a private vehicle and spend the day experiencing attractions on your terms.

The tour includes:

  • Pre-arrival planning
  • A flexible start time you choose
  • Visits to multiple theme parks
  • Efficient access to your favorite attractions
  • Insider knowledge from your VIP Tour Guide throughout the day

Pricing

Tours run from $450 to $950 per hour, with a minimum of 7 hours and a maximum of 10 hours. Valid theme park admission is required for each park visited and is not included in the tour price.

Details

  • Your group can include up to 10 guests, including infants
  • Guests 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the full tour
  • Theme park admission - and possibly theme park reservations - is required depending on your ticket type
  • No cameras, video equipment, or cellphones in backstage areas
  • Security screening, including bag checks, applies
  • Availability is limited, so advance reservations are recommended

Cancellation Policy

If your tour is part of a Walt Disney Travel Company package, your package terms and conditions cover cancellation. For standalone tours, call (407) 560-4033 at least 3 days before your tour date to cancel - otherwise a fee equal to 2 hours at your booked rate applies.

How to Book

Travel advisors can add a VIP tour to a Walt Disney Travel Company package starting today through the pilot program. For non-package bookings, call (407) 560-4033 directly.

Is it acceptable to tip only on the pretax total? Doing some crunching trying to make the numbers work!

Wouldn’t that payment have gone to them anyway?

If you book thru an agent, the 60-day window no longer exists for you.

Oh there’s something new…the bloated payment to the Walt Disney travel company ( I couldn’t resist)

So to be clear there is nothing really new or different about the tours, you can just add them to a package now instead of booking them separately?
