Repainting work on Cinderella Castle is now very much visible on the rear of the structure facing Fantasyland.

These latest photos show crews working on trim sections at the back of Cinderella Castle. The gold-colored trim is being repainted white as part of the updated color palette.

Uh, not that I’m saying they won’t do the stonework, but wouldn’t they have to drain the moat regardless to move the lifts into place when painting the sides and front?

Well they certainly plan to or the moat wouldn’t be drained. It is expensive to paint the castle. They don't want to be back here any time soon. So they'll paint the whole thing.

It resembles Tokyo's castle more now, minus the brown for the bricks. The white and gold mix is similar.

If the blue on the turrets will be anything like it was in 2020, those who get to see the castle in the sunshine in the morning hours (until the colors start noticeably fading)... the color really pops in person. Cameras don't properly capture it, you have to see it in person.

Just gotta say, regardless of how they repaint the blue roofs, this is a massive win by Disney, and it's amazing to have our castle back

Losing the salmon pink turned out not to be such a great idea with the Innoventions buildings if you know what I mean.

The abomination of pink is almost gone, and I can once again breath a sigh of relief. Idc how long they take on the brickwork and turrets and other details. The pink atrocity is almost behind us

Obviously the roofs and some of the trim remain to be done. The turrets you think are faded are likely just the ones that have already been scuffed prior to applying new paint.
