The Aerophile tethered balloon attraction at Disney Springs has reopened following a week-long closure for a full balloon replacement.
The new balloon keeps the same blue and orange color scheme as before - no design changes to speak of.
About the New Balloon
The replacement uses the same Aéro30 model, custom-built by Paris-based Aérophile S.A.
- Filled with 210,000 cubic feet of helium
- Ascends up to 400 feet
- Basket holds 29 guests plus one Aérophile-certified pilot
- On clear days, views stretch up to 10 miles
Ticket Prices
Tickets are sold at the attraction on a first-come, first-served basis:
- Adults (ages 10+): $29.99 plus tax
- Children (ages 3-9): $24.99 plus tax
Before You Go
A few things to keep in mind before heading over:
- The balloon won't fly during storms or if winds exceed 22 mph
- No bags, beverages, food, smoking, or strollers are allowed in the basket
- Guests over 12 can ride alone; anyone under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older
