Description

The Shark Reef at Typhoon Lagoon gives guests the opportunity to snorkel through a sunken ship in a saltwater pool, complete with sharks and tropical fish.

Height/Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 10 years old

Snorkeling equipment is available at no charge at Hammer Head Fred's Dive Shop. You can also do some surface scuba at a cost of $20 per person. No certification is required, and the scuba typically runs from 10:30am to 4pm each day.

The Shark Reef water is saltwater and is not heated.

Pool Length: 100 x 23 feet
Pool Depth: Up to 10 feet

An underwater observation area is available for those who want to view without getting wet.
