August 10 2003: Now fully open to all guests

22 April 2003: Disney have officially announced that the soft-opening date for Mission Space previews is August 15 2003!

The full official opening is set for October 2003.

10 April 2003: The latest unofficial information indicates that a late summer soft opening is currently expected amongst Epcot management.

10 January 2003: According to Eyes and Ears, a WDW Cast Member newspaper, Mission Space is still scheduled to open Spring 2003.

Please note that at this time, no official opening date has been announced by Disney to the public. Do not plan your trip around Spring 2003 expecting the attraction to be open. Remember delays are always possible, and the attraction may open or sooner or later than rumored dates.
