New dining options are now open as part of a major refurbishment project at Disney's Vero Beach Resort.
Taking over the former space of Shutters and Sonya's restaurants, dining now features a table service restaurant, a grab 'n' go quick service, and a pool-side bar.
Wind & Waves Grill is a 68 seat table service restaurant, complete with on-stage kitchen serving American cuisine. Breakfast is typically served from 7:30am to 10:30am, and dinner 5pm to 9pm daily.
The Wind & Waves Market offers grab 'n' go items from breakfast through to dinner, with typical operating hours of 8am to 10pm daily. Options include hot sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs and salads. You will also find grocery items.
Finally, the Wine & Waves Bar offers poolside craft beers, cocktails and snacks from the Wind & Waves market menu. The bar is open from 11am to 9pm.
