The Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort will celebrate its first holiday this year, and we have a quick look at the new decor.

The arrival area features some impressively large decorations hanging from the arches.

The main Christmas tree can be found on the ground level, extending up to the ceiling of the second level.

Smaller trees can be found throughout the lobby area.

I often tear into projects that use color in bad ways, so, let me say that in both these resorts, whoever designed the color schemes of these decorations has an exquisite sense of color. It's hard working shades of orange into traditional Christmas decorations without it becoming hideous. But these color choices and combos are beautiful.

Wilderness does.

Does anyone know if they're still selling the resort-specific gingerbread pins? I didn't see a kiosk for them in any of the pics...

This kinda crap didn’t happen in the ‘80s.

Poinsettias and Norfolk Island Pines are not native to Germany. And what is traditional German treat/foodstuff/construction material doing in the Grand Floridian?! This is an outrage! They shall be receiving a strongly worded letter! Good day.

I did not care for the shingle when we got it one year.

I would like to Second this. Me personally I'm not a fan of gingerbread. But it is an Austrian based recipe . The recipe comes from Bakery Chef Eric who was the head chef of the Grand Floridian Bakery for many years. To this day they still use his recipe. And they actually make the Gingerbread at the Grand Floridian. Fun fact that The gingerbread you purchase is somewhat fresh however the gingerbread that use to make the house with starts production as early as July! Edited to correct typos
