Pontoon Boat rentals returning to Walt Disney World Resort hotels

Marinas at three Walt Disney World Resort hotels will reopen later in August 2021 to resume pontoon boat rentals.

The marinas returning to operation are at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts.

Boats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis from 11 am to 5 pm daily.

There is no word yet on the return of the smaller Sea Raycer boats.

The rentals have returned. I have seen the MK fireworks cruises back. Not sure about Epcot.

Sorry, bumping an old thread! Have these returned? Have the firework cruises returned, too? We did the Epcot one a few years back and my Mum really wants to do it again...

Finally..... these will return tomorrow. Just the pontoons. Along with the return of the pontoons will be the return of fireworks cruises on them.

They are running late getting these back in order. Sorry. Exact reopening date has not yet been determined.

Anyone hear a date for these pontoons? The plan was to rent one on our august 2020 trip that got covid’d, and it would be cool if they had them back up and running during my trip next week.

If they announced the Searacers were returning I’d book a trip tomorrow just for them, they are seriously my favorite thing in all of Walt Disney World. I can’t help but giggle the entire time we are on them and it’s a tradition that we rent them every time we go.
