The Disney Vacation Club (or DVC) is a unique approach to Disney
time share Ownership. With most timeshare purchases you will purchase a
certain amount of time (usually 1 or 2 weeks) at a specific resort or
resorts. With the DVC you purchase points, not time. Depending on the
time of year you wish to travel, the number of nights you wish to stay,
and the size of the accommodations you require will determine how many
points you will use for your vacation. For example, if you decide that
you want to spend 7 nights at Disney's Old Key West Resort, stay in a
One Bedroom Villa, from January 4 through January 12, you would use 176
points. The same period in a studio would use only 88 points. If you
wanted 7 nights between Christmas and New Years (the most expensive time
period), you would use 162 points for a Studio, and 326 points in a one
bedroom.
Because the Disney Vacation Club is set up to be so flexible, it is
important that you carefully consider what your vacation habits are,
what times of year you are most likely to travel, and what size
accommodations you would like.

The Timeshare Store, Inc. is a vacation club and timeshare ownership
resale company located in the Williamsburg Downs shopping center, on
Central Florida Parkway, about three blocks from Sea World in Orlando,
Florida.
In April of 1994, Tom and Judy Yeary set up a 'Timeshare Resale
Division' within an Orlando residential real estate office, Williamsburg
Realty, Inc. After more than three years of success and growth, the demand to have an
office devoted strictly to the needs of vacation club members and
purchasers arose.
The Timeshare Store, Inc. opened in December of 1997, and continues the
same ethical representation of both buyers and sellers as dictated since
their onset in the business. Their mission statement as taught to their
5 agents and 4 administrative assistants is 'Treat
customers like you want to be treated and they will become forever
customers!'
The Yearys have held Florida Real Estate Licenses since 1980, and have
been involved in starting up two of the major timeshare resorts in
Orlando, namely Orange Lake Country Club in 1982 and Marriott's Sabal
Palms in 1985.
The Timeshare Store, Inc. has NEVER charged up-front listing,
advertising, marketing, website, auction, or appraisal fees. We earn our
commissions only when we sell your property. In addition to our own
staff of experienced salespeople, we are currently working cooperatively
with a number of timeshare resale offices across the U.S. and England.
Much of our inventory is sold through the efforts of our friends at
their resale brokerages.
We specialize in only the finest resorts such as the Disney Vacation
Club properties, Marriotts, and Hiltons. Our inventory primarily
consists of the Central Florida properties and a few select areas
outside of Florida where these well-known vacation clubs have resorts.
The decision was made to specialize in these particular resorts in order
to give better service to the buyers and sellers of these properties.
