Here is the latest look at Epcot's new Pizzeria which is now rapidly rising at the rear of the Italy Pavilion. The as-yet unamed restaurant will be 14,000 sq.ft of traditional Florentine architecture, featuring 300-seats with outdoor dining. The restaurant will feature wood-burning ovens, genuine Italian dishes, vaulted ceilings and the water will be imported from a source where the water composition most resembles that of the water used in Naples, Italy to produce the most authentic dough possible.
The new location will open late 2010.
