Reservations are now open for Sebastian's Bistro, the new table service restaurant at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.
Availability begins from October 8 2018, with lunch from 11am to 4pm, and dinner 4pm to 10pm daily. Make reservations.
Located on the waterfront, Sebastian's Bistro offers a menu that blends Latin and Caribbean flavors, with the interior reflecting a tropical beachfront home, from coral patterns and kelp filigree, to lure-inspired art and nautical designs.
Sebastian's Bistro will replace the former Shutters restaurant as the resort's table service offering.
