  • Bellwether Farms Carmody
    Bellwether Farms in Sonoma County, California produces this unique cheese that wins a blue ribbon at the county fair every year. It is made with raw Jersey cow’s milk to produce an astoundingly deep flavor to this semi-hard cheese. The Jersey milk brings a buttery note, becoming more caramel as it ages, which produces a flavor that is an intriguing mix of fine cheddar and aged Gouda. A nice table cheese with an interesting depth of flavor, this cheese is made and aged in the traditional ‘old-world’ manner

    This deliciously nutty cheese gets its robust flavor from a hand-applied rub of French Superior Lavender buds and a Turkish grind of "Beehive Blend" coffee from the Colorado Legacy Coffee Company.
