The Magic Kingdom's largest fast food restaurant, Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe, is set for another round of expansion.

More covered outdoor seating is being added to the restaurant, along with a refurbishment and expansion of the restrooms.

Cosmic Ray's underwent an expansion back in 2014 to enclose one of the outdoor patios.

Although the restrooms are currently closed for the refurbishment, the restaurant will remain in operation as normal during the work. The expansion is planned to be complete by Spring 2017.

Oh, your after photo looks so quiet and calm. What time of day were you there?

Here's an aerial shot of before constr.

I'll have to dig up an old photo of old view. New photo shows it doesn't stick out too far past the teal roof line. Here's a current view with new expanded seating that I took on 06/02.

can someone show a size comparison between the the old tomorrowland path and what it looks like now with the expanded patios?

Photo update as of Saturday, June 9, 2018. The covered patio at Cosmic Ray's at the Magic Kingdom is completed. The new covered area is much larger than the original outdoor patio and quite comfortable.

Did they add an upstairs eating area? It looks from one of the pictures they did. Or am I just seeing things? :cautious:

Mickey Pretzels in EPCOT are made in the kitchens on the backside of old Odyssey Restaurant. It's also a CM cafeteria.

Aren't the Epcot pretzels made in the kitchen of the former 'Odyssey' restaurant?

Where are the Mickey pretzels at EPCOT made? They seem to taste a lot better, maybe fresher. HS and MK come with cheese dip and don't taste the same.

I remember it being about even last year? It's one of the few places you can get turkey legs, but a lot of families would order both because not everyone in their group wanted a leg. Also fun fact: all the pretzels, turkey legs, churros, and corn dogs for Frontierland are prepared in the TINY Tortuga kitchen.

From last night. There was a hole in the wall. You also get a great view from the PM as you exit the tunnel with EPCOT. Unfortunately, my genius self didn't think of seeing it so I didn't get a pic from the PM.
