"Earlier is Better"

For dinner, the earlier in the afternoon you make your reservation, the better. If your reservation is earlier, there are less people at the restaurant, which means that you have little to no wait time for the meat carving and other foods. Later in the evening, the wait for meats can be 5 minutes or so, which means you are away from you table for longer than most would prefer. While it's not a terrible inconvenience, it is nice to have no wait at all.
